Cion Corp Announces Name Change (former Cion Coulter Corp)

Cion Corp has announced its formal name change, from Cion Coulter Corp., as the firm grows both locally and nationally under a single brand.

“The name change is simply a rebranding exercise” says Evan Shkolnik, President, Cion Corp.  “As Cion has grown into a national brand it is important that we present as a single recognizable brand across all sectors. The purchase of Coulter Building Consultants in 2015 was very successful, however we felt the time was right to return to Cion Corp. the name of the firm when founded in 2005. We remain a Canadian-based, employee-owned company committed to providing the highest quality service and solutions to our clients and partners.”

All future communication, correspondence, accounts payable, and receivables now reflect the change, as part of the corporate rebranding. 

Shkolnik adds that Cion’s ownership structure has not changed, with the firm remaining a subsidiary of the NORR Group of Companies. Additionally, this rebranding exercise will not affect or delay any current projects, all payments, invoicing, correspondence should now be directed to accountspayable@cion.com or accountsreceivable@cion.com.
